Best thing you can do for your cooling issue is get a Koyo N-Flo dual pass radiator. My LS S14 with a huge pair of fans could never get below 190 in the summer with my standard Flo koyo, and after switching to the N-Flo radiator I’ve never gone above 190 even after very hard driving in Texas summer.
I ordered a 31x19 dual pass with 1” tubes. Hopefully that’ll remedy the issue 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@andrewsolis2988 it wasn’t a question of emissions. It was just finding a competent tuner. I bought a aem v2, and was going to go that route. But I couldn’t find a tuner that was able to try the 1uz turbo aem platform

The hydraulic struts bow the carbon hood and trunk when closed and cause fitment issues. I had them in. Maybe a oem style rod would be nicer
Assuming your fans are working on high speed.. your shroud probably needs slits cut in it to let trapped hot air out. Should work! Nice car , love sc's!

It is a flow issue. Either, it is a liquid flowing through the rad. or the air moving a cross at a stop. When I was chasing my issue down, I thought I had two great fans but I had the issues that you described. Until one day, I decided to spary water on the rad while it was about to overheat while idling. And it knocked out like 15° almost instantly. And it was just a water bottle with some holes poked in it, so it wasn't like a ton of water. At that point, I decided to change my fans out. And that finally did it. I dont think you need to drill the bumper or the Headlights. A bigger rad would be help full too. And maybe look at your fans and make sure they are getting full voltage. That is frustrating though.

Thank you! I’m trying to make the videos short n sweet but still full of pertinent info. Turbo is awesome! Every single time I touch it it’ll see WOT whacks. I’ll see 50psi on the street. 70psi loaded or on a hill. Though, manifold psi doesn’t correlate to atmospheric turbo boost pressure. But it’s holding up well. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another. I might change out my manifold charger with a pulsar he351 style.
Naw dielectric grease is the only thing that workd permanent. But u have to decrease the belt super good first......
I’ll try this. Belt has low miles, no sense in wasting money on a new one. Thanks
@@OBSBryce ok. It just takes one little bead on the top inside of belt and bottom small bead inside belt only. Nothing on the flat side. It's a permanent fix.

@@OBSBryce purple is good. Make sure it runs for a bit to get super dry before you put that grease. You should be good after
